Do Horses Like Cheese?

Here are some more working horses! I don't know why horses seem to have to work so much! Mom saw these horses when she visited Gouda, Holland.

I know most of my readers might be cats, but hopefully some of you have heard of Gouda cheese? Gouda is where this type of Dutch cheese originated, all the way back to the early Middle Ages!

They still hold a weekly "Kaasmarkt" or Cheese Market in the Dutch tradition from hundreds of years ago.

Cheese is still brought to market by horse drawn carriages.

So, this makes me horses like cheese?

Before you go, please sign my GUESTBOOK, and stop by my SMALL WORLD too, thanks!

Those are great photos of the working horses. :) And lots of cheese!

Even though we have no fur, we don't get cold. Sphynx have a fast metabolism, and that helps to keep us warm. :) Plus, if we need warmth, we just find a warm place to curl up, like on a human's lap, under a fleece blanket, or in a nice warm cat sleeping bag. :)

Hey there JB,
Thanks fur the comment!
And yeah, we had a good time at the dog park. You should try going outside more often, you'll get used to the wind blowin and you'll even start liking it maybe! When we were little, we hated going to the dog park, we'd hide in between our humans' legs, but they just kept and kept on bringing us so that we could socialize with doggies and then we got used to it.
Have a great day!

Hi JB, it is sad that horses need to work that hard. I tell you I don't like when they put through work all the racing horses. I had Gouda cheese before, just don't remember the taste. These are really nice shots. I like the first photo with the Girl with Cheese and the black horse. Very nicely captured. Anna :)
