Kitties in Aruba!

Mom saw a couple of kitties when she was in Aruba last September. They lived at a restaurant near the California Lighthouse on the northern tip of Aruba.

The gray one was too scared and would not let mom touch her. She looked very lonely!

The black one looked like he had some sort of eye problem, and was not feeling well. He purred and purred when mom tickled him.

I feel sad for them. It did not look like they had a nice home and mom to snuggle with, though they did have a really nice view! Maybe they could have stowed away with my mom and come to live with me! Well, maybe not....because then I would not get as much attention from my mom!

If you look real close in this photo you will see
one of the little yellow birdies found all over

The kitties and birdies lived together in harmony!.......or so it seems!

Before you go, please sign my GUESTBOOK, and stop by my SMALL WORLD too, thanks!

My parents visited Italy a year or so ago and they came back with lots of kitty and doggie photos. There are lots of stray kitties and doggies all around the Cinque Terre. But, I think the doggies are not stray. I think their owners let them out during the day, then they go home at night. They are all well behaved kitties and doggies.

Hmmm.. ok between a nice view and a nice home/ mom, I think I choose the latter!

I've missed you !!!
It is so sad about those 2 kitty kats. No animal should be neglected.
Mum loves birds. The little yellow bird looks so pretty. Mum was so excited today coz one of our grey butcher birds came back home .. they are quite rare now.
